What can I accomplish with it?
Our mobile phone is our constant companion. At least in the evening, at night and on non-working days, it can help to define a central location in your apartment/house and give your mobile phone and yourself some well-deserved rest. Especially at night, artificial blue light can interfere with the production of melatonin, the hormone that makes us sleep. Sleeping with the mobile phone in another room increases the quality of our sleep. The mobile phone hotel also ensures that they experience fewer distractions during the day and can experience and enjoy their everyday life more consciously. Constant connectivity can also lead to stress and anxiety.How do I get there?
It's simple: Grab a good charger. Define a place where you are not constantly tempted to check if you have received an important message apart from annoying WhatsApp groups and designate this place as the new home for your mobile phone whenever you are at home.
